What Makes Us Different?
EQUIPMENT
We offer Peterbilt 389 and 579 models that are traded frequently. We take pride in making sure our drivers are in safe equipment that they enjoy driving. Our entire fleet offers features near owner-operator specifications.
ENVIRONMENT
Many potential drivers that we speak with explain their frustration with being treated like "just a number" at their current employer. That is one thing we try to combat by offering direct dispatch with your driver manager. We are "old-school" in our dispatching methods, but many drivers appreciate the family-owned atmosphere that they experience with us.
EARNINGS
We offer a top pay scale for this type of freight in the industry. But, we don't cut your miles or make excuses when it comes to our competitive pay scale. Our drivers average 2,800 miles per week and run primarily in the southeast.

ALL PROFESSIONAL DRIVERS:

*Terminals located in Huntsville, Harrison, Batesville, Decatur and Springdale, AR and Carthage and Cassville, MO.
*24/7 on call dispatch, safety, maintenance.

REGIONAL/OTR PROFESSIONAL DRIVERS:
*Ideal running lanes, primarily in the Southeast.
*New Hire- $0.55 per mile
After 90 days of employment- $0.56 per mile
1 year with Company- $0.57 per mile
2 Years with the Company- $0.58 per mile
3 Years with the Company- $0.59 per mile
4+ years with the company- $0.60 per mile
*Home time OTR drivers: every other weekend, average miles = 2,800/week
*Home time Regional drivers: every week, average miles = 2,300/week
*Rider policy (no fee)
*Pet policy (no fee)
*Pre-pass, refrigerators, and bunk heaters in all trucks
*Trucks governed at 70 M.P.H.

Requirements to be an LT Driver:
1. 3 years of verifiable Class-A CDL experience
2. Acceptable Employment History
3. Acceptable Driving Record
4. Must be 24 years or older
